CALMLY meditation Sample
CALMLY is a faith based meditation series designed for spiritual renewal and emotional processing. Each letter in the word CALMLY stand for a specific intention (C-Cave of Wonder, A- Awareness, L-Let Go, M-Make Space, L-Listen, Y-Yahweh) and will help you become aware of limiting beliefs, resistance, and self-sabatoging patterns so that you can release and begin to listen to the sacred within and beyond.
The series blends spiritual concepts, and techniques to up-level your emotional intelligence along with original compositions to help you internalize each meditation intention. The seres has been used by retreat leaders in group settings throughout the US and is now available for individual use.
